Production Machine Setter 📍 North Scarle (LN6) 💷 £12.71 - £15.10 per hour (Based on Experience) ⏰ 4 on / 4 off | Days & Nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) Contract Type: Temp To Perm Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing and production industry? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Production Machine Setter who thrives in a fast-paced environment! If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, this is the role for you! 🔧 Duties Run and adjust packing machinery Product checks, palletising & FLT transfers Basic maintenance support alongside shift engineers (once trained) Stock & waste recording Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards Who You Are: We're looking for candidates who possess: Experience as a machine setter or a similar role Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality ✅ Requirements Manufacturing experience (food/FMCG preferred) Counterbalance FLT - beneficial Food Safety L2, BRC awareness, IOSH are preferred Own transport essential (no public transport) Why Join Us?
