Warehouse Operative

T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Coalville on a temporary to permanent basis. Warehouse Operative Job Details & Benefits; * Monday – Friday – 10am - 6pm * £13.55 per hour * Annual performance and attendance bonus of up to £500 * 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays * Opportunities to train and progress * Company pension scheme * Free parking Warehouse Operative Duties; * Efficiently receive and check incoming deliveries, ensuring all goods are accurate, undamaged, and correctly documented before safely storing them in designated locations. * Replenish stock levels across the warehouse or shop floor to maintain product availability and support smooth day-to-day operations. * Carry out regular stock rotation in line with FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to ensure product freshness and compliance with date-sensitive requirements. * Conduct accurate and timely stock takes, identifying and investigating any discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy. * Accurately pick and prepare orders in line with customer or business requirements, ensuring items are correctly selected, packed, and ready for dispatch. * Maintain effective stock control procedures, monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages, damages, or inconsistencies to support efficient stock management.
