Interim Accountant


Beyond Talent Solutions is supporting an established organisation based in Sheffield who is seeking an experienced Interim Accountant to support the finance function during a busy period. This is a hands-on interim role, ideally suited to someone confident working to deadlines and producing accurate, insightful financial information. The role will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts Supporting the production and review of budgets and forecasts Month-end activities including accruals, prepayments and journal postings Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight Supporting continuous improvement of financial processes where appropriate You’ll need: Proven experience in a management accounting or similar accounting role Confidence preparing full sets of management accounts Previous experience supporting budgeting processes Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with financial systems The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment Proactive approach where you will pick things up quickly What’s on offer: An opportunity to join a well-established and reputable organisation A varied interim assignment adding immediate value Hybrid or flexible working, as well as part time hours may be considered (experience dependant) Competitive hourly rate Interested or know someone suitable?
