Monitor and log all visitors, deliveries, and contractors, ensuring proper identification and compliance with security protocols. Enforce safety and security policies, reporting any suspicious activity or breaches to management. Manage the issuance and tracking of site access passes or credentials. Coordinate with site management to ensure all personnel meet required safety and compliance standards before entering. Maintain and update visitor logs and access records accurately. Communicate with on-site staff and external contractors to coordinate entry and site operations. Ensure gates, entry points, and other access areas are always secure and functional. Provide help and guidance to visitors or contractors regarding site rules, regulations, and directions.
