D365 CE Functional Consultant Location: Edinburgh (2 days per week onsite, rest remote) Type: Permanent Employer: Microsoft Partner Experience: Strong D365 CE functional background About the Role We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to join a leading Microsoft Partner. You will work closely with customers to deliver end‑to‑end CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service and core CRM. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the Edinburgh office, offering strong collaboration and visibility with the wider team. What You Will Be Doing * Leading workshops and gathering business requirements * Designing and configuring D365 CE across Sales, Customer Service and core CRM * Translating business processes into scalable CE solutions * Producing functional documentation, user stories and solution designs * Supporting testing, training and go‑live activities * Working closely with technical teams on integrations, customisations and Power Platform components * Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and guiding best practice * Supporting continuous improvement and new feature adoption What We Need From You * Strong functional experience with D365 CE / Dynamics CRM * Proven track record delivering CE projects end‑to‑end * Confident leading workshops and managing stakeholders * Good understanding of Sales, Customer Service, workflows and configuration * Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a bonus * Strong documentation and communication skills * Ability to work 2 days per week in the Edinburgh office Why Join * Work with a respected Microsoft Partner with a strong CE pipeline * Hybrid working with excellent team collaboration * Clear progression into Senior Consultant or Solution Architect * Exposure to modern CE, Power Platform and Azure technologies * Supportive, delivery‑focused environment
