Global Payroll Coordinator 📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days office) 💰 £45,000 Contract: Permanent The Role A global payroll position supporting multi-country payroll operations across UK, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery and strong financial controls. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate multi-country payroll inputs and submissions * Review payroll calculations, deductions, and variance reports * Perform payroll reconciliations and control checks * Ensure compliance with global payroll legislation and statutory requirements * Support year-end processes and audit requirements * Review payroll journals and reconcile to the general ledger * Manage relationships with payroll providers and internal stakeholders * Support payroll queries and process improvements The Ideal Candidate * 3+ years payroll experience (multi-country preferred) * Strong knowledge of payroll controls, compliance, and reconciliations * Experience working with outsourced payroll providers * Basic accounting knowledge (journals, accruals, reconciliations) * Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) * High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Strong communication skills in a global environment Interested?
