This is your chance to step into a high-impact role where you’ll deliver complex, high-value projects within a highly automated, fast-paced FMCG environment — supplying products to markets worldwide. 🔧 Why this opportunity? * Work on end-to-end CAPEX projects – from concept to completion * Be part of a centre of excellence with advanced automation and technology * Join a site leading the way in Lean, TPM & continuous improvement * A business that truly values inclusion, diversity & career development * Play a key role during an exciting phase of investment and growth 🛠 The Role You’ll take ownership of key engineering projects, including: * Leading projects from concept design through to final handover * Developing business cases and project justifications * Managing contractors, installations, and on-site coordination * Driving health & safety compliance across all project phases * Owning budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication * Ensuring smooth, safe integration into live production 👷 What We’re Looking For * Proven experience delivering CAPEX projects (ideally within FMCG or manufacturing) * Engineering background – mechanical, electrical, civil or multi-skilled (degree or apprenticeship) * Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (e.g. PUWER, CDM) * A confident communicator with natural leadership ability * Commercial awareness with strong cost control and project delivery skills 🌟 Why Apply?
