Senior Ductwork Project Manager

Job Title: Ductwork Project Manager Location: Bristol Salary: £75K - £80K (DOE) The Role: -As a Ductwork Project Manager Manager, your role is pivotal in overseeing and managing all aspects of ductwork projects within our organisation. -Plan, execute, and monitor ductwork projects from inception to completion. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. -Make sure that materials are ordered with the correct supplier for better buying -Audit existing contracts and oversee contract modifications and variations. -Negotiate complex contracts and manage changes and addendums -Utilise site survey software (site audit pro) for project data collection and submission to the relevant teams, capturing any site issues or variations. -Set up projects by preparing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) and collecting delivery information. The Ideal Candidate: -Ductwork knowledge - Will have previous experience working on commercial projects worth upwards of £300K -ONC/HNC qualification in Building Services (HVAC) or possess equivalent experience. - Strong management skills - Will have excellent communication skills What You’ll Get: - A salary of £75K - £80K - 25 days holiday + bank holidays. - Career progression opportunities.
