M&E Estimator | Remote Working | Perm or Freelance   I’m working with an M&E contractor delivering full mechanical and electrical design & installation across London and the M25, now looking to bring in an Estimator to support their growing pipeline.   They operate across residential, co-living, PRS, schools and commercial fit-out schemes, covering full MEP packages from design through to delivery.   The Company Established M&E contractor delivering full design & install packages • Strong pipeline across Central, North & West London + Essex • Projects include residential developments, schools, offices and fit-out • In-house design capability across RIBA stages 1–5 • Small, close-knit team with a hands-on approach  The Role Pricing and estimating full M&E packages • Working across ductwork, air conditioning, mechanical and plumbing • Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers • Supporting pre-construction and tender submissions • Working across multiple projects simultaneously • Liaising with internal teams and clients  What they’re looking for Estimator with M&E experience (mechanical bias ideal but not essential) • Comfortable pricing full packages (not just one discipline) • Experience across residential, education or fit-out projects • Commercially aware and able to work independently • Open to freelance or permanent  The Offer Perm or freelance (day rate considered) • Flexible working — remote with 1 day/week in office • Projects across London & M25 • Opportunity to join a growing, hands-on business  Interested?
