This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality technical services across a key contract, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the delivery of all technical services, including mechanical, electrical, and building systems * Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices * Manage and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists * Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders * Drive performance through effective planning, KPI management, and reporting * Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement and cost efficiency * Support lifecycle planning and asset management strategies * Ensure all maintenance activities are delivered to the highest standards About You * Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager or similar role within facilities management or a related sector * Strong technical background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems * Demonstrable leadership and team management skills * Excellent knowledge of compliance, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards * Strong client-facing and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering or equivalent) * IOSH or NEBOSH certification (desirable) What’s on Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on a high-profile contract * Career progression within a leading organisation * Supportive and collaborative working environment How to Apply If you are a motivated Technical Services professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
