Business Manager - Motor Trade

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing automotive retail business as a Motor Finance Specialist/Business Manager, playing a key role in supporting customers through the finance process and driving overall sales performance. The Role * Act as the finance expert within the sales process, helping customers secure suitable funding solutions * Manage and convert a pipeline of finance leads * Work closely with sales teams to maximise F&I opportunities * Build and maintain relationships with a panel of lenders * Stay up to date with lender criteria, products, and systems * Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes * Support overall F&I performance and revenue growth The Candidate * Proven experience in motor finance, automotive sales, or a regulated sales environment * Strong track record of achieving or exceeding F&I targets * Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach * Ability to build rapport quickly and influence customer decisions * Good understanding of finance products and FCA regulations * Experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager is advantageous What’s on Offer * £26,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £50,000+ * Strong volume of inbound leads * Supportive, high-performing team environment * Clear opportunities for career progression * 28 days holiday
