Service Advisor 📍 Swindon 💰 £30,000 – £38,000 OTE The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Swindon. This is a customer-facing role at the heart of the aftersales department, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Booking in vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repair * Liaising between customers and the workshop to provide updates * Upselling additional work where required * Preparing job cards and invoices accurately * Delivering excellent customer service at all times * Handling queries, concerns, and complaints professionally Requirements * Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to upsell and maximise revenue opportunities * Organised with good attention to detail * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * £30,000 – £38,000 OTE * Opportunity to join a stable, busy dealership * Supportive team and management * Ongoing training and development * Career progression opportunities
