We’re looking for a Client Payroll Executive to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver accurate, compliant payroll services from start to finish. What you’ll be doing * Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients * Handling payroll inputs, data validation, and reconciliations * Producing BACS files and submitting RTI (FPS) reports * Generating payslips, reports, and statutory documentation * Managing client queries and providing excellent service * Supporting year-end processes, including P11Ds * Ensuring compliance with current HMRC legislation What you’ll bring * Experience processing payroll in a client or bureau environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines * Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation * Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach * Experience using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel * Payroll qualification (CIPP or similar) is a bonus Why join us? * Work with a diverse client portfolio * Be part of a supportive, collaborative team * Opportunities for career development and progression If you’re passionate about payroll and delivering a great client experience, apply now and take the next step in your career.
