We are hiring for one of our new clients in the LS11 area for a production operative to join their plastic shrink wrap manufacturing team. This is a permanent role Job Overview * Operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacture of plastic shrink wrap * Ensure you meet quality standards and carry out routine checks * Pack, label and prepare finished goods * Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines Skills and experience * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Hours * 4 on/4off (12hr shifts 6am-6pm) Pay * Starting salary £29,000 annually Perks * Progression route to top role of shift leader (earning 40k) * Learning new different skills/ different machinery If interested please apply with your CV and we will give you a call to discuss the next steps
