Regional Branch Manager – HGV Location: Bristol Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Branch Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced operation within the HGV sector. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can drive performance, manage teams effectively, and ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities of a Regional Branch Manager Oversee the day-to-day running of a regional branch operation Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve performance targets Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise revenue opportunities Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the branch Handle staffing matters, including performance management and development Maintain a strong commercial focus to support business growthWhat We’re Looking For in a Regional Branch Manager Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively Commercially aware with experience in budget control and revenue generation Confident decision-maker who can work independently and prioritise workloads Excellent communication skills at all levels Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure IT literate and comfortable learning new systemsDesirable traits of a Regional Branch Manager Experience within the HGV, automotive, or service environment Knowledge of SAP systems Technical understanding of vehicles Formal management or customer service trainingWhat’s on Offer as a Regional Branch Manager Profit-related bonus (up to 10% of basic salary) Up to £55,000 basic salary Company car (C3 level) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Life assurance (5x basic salary from day one) Discount shopping portal Cycle to work scheme Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Ongoing training and development Access to Mental Health First AidersApply Now If you’re a driven manager looking to take the next step in your career within the HGV sector, we want to hear from you.
