Site Manager - Construction (Refurbishment) Location: Bristol region Salary: £60,000 + package (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are an expanding construction business delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, education, healthcare, and residential. Our focus is on building strong client relationships and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.  Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Maintain high standards of quality control and site presentation Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor progress, produce reports, and manage site documentation Proactively resolve site issues and drive programme performance Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry Experience across refurbishment and/or new build projects (commercial, industrial, or similar sectors preferred) SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines A proactive, solutions-focused approach About You You take pride in delivering high-quality work You are approachable, professional, and confident leading teams on site You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving You value honesty, collaboration, and strong working relationships Proven career history with longevity in previous roles What's on Offer Opportunity to work on diverse and interesting projects Supportive and growing business with a strong pipeline of work Career development within an ambitious and forward-thinking team Competitive salary and benefits package Fuel card Apply Now If you are a driven Site Manager looking to join a dynamic and growing contractor, we would like to hear from you.
