Electrical Project Manager A well‑established M&E contractor based in Worthing is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team. This is a senior position suited to someone who has successfully delivered commercial, hospital/healthcare, or high‑end residential electrical projects. Role Overview The successful candidate will take full ownership of electrical projects from pre‑construction through to handover. This includes planning, procurement, financial control, and managing site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Managing electrical projects typically ranging from mid‑scale to multi‑million‑pound values Overseeing design reviews, technical compliance, and installation quality Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Managing project budgets, variations, and progress reporting Ensuring all work meets industry regulations and client expectations Building and maintaining strong client relationships Candidate Profile Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager Strong background in commercial, hospital/healthcare, or high‑end residential environments Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and regulations Confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Salary & Package £65,000 - £68,000 basic salary Car allowance Additional benefits package Interested?
