Paint Sprayer

Position: Paint Sprayer Location: Droitwich Pay: £14.50/hour (DOE) + overtime (up to £21.75/hour) Hours: 40/week, straight day shifts Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start: Immediate Role Overview: Join a well-established structural steel fabrication company, applying protective and decorative coatings to steel components. Work involves hands-on spray painting, shot-blasting, and operating overhead cranes. Key Responsibilities: Spray paint and finish steelwork to specification Operate 5-tonne overhead cranes safely Prepare surfaces: shot-blasting, masking, degreasing Conduct quality checks on coated steel Assist with loading/unloading lorries when required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Requirements: Experience in industrial or steelwork paint spraying Competent with overhead cranes Physically fit for handling large steel structures Flexible with hours and overtime Detail-oriented and safety-conscious Benefits: Overtime paid up to 45 hours, then time and a half Pay review after 3 months Permanent, long-term role Work in a modern, high-spec facility Opportunity to progress within a quality-focused team How to Apply: Call Gary at Workforce on (phone number removed)
