The Role As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the children’s home Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation Lead, support, and develop a high-performing staff team Promote a child-centred approach to care and positive outcomes Manage safeguarding concerns effectively and professionally Maintain accurate records, care plans, and reporting systems Drive continuous improvement and quality within the service? Requirements NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) – essential Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and regulatory frameworks Proven leadership and team management skills Passion for delivering outstanding care and support Excellent communication and organisational skills?
