Job Title: HLTA / Level 4 Teaching Assistant Area: Rochdale, Manchester Start Date: Monday 20th April 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay rate: £600-£750 per week (dependent on experience and responsibilities) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm About the school: We are working closely with SEN Primary School in Rochdale to support them in filling their vacancies for passionate, dedicated Teaching Assistants. As a Level 4 Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play an essential role in supporting students and assisting in their academic and personal development, and contributing to a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment. What we're looking for from a Level 4 Teaching Assistant: A recent graduate (2:2 or higher) OR prior experience as a Teaching Assistant in a similar SEND setting. Previous experience working with Special Educational Needs is essential. A strong commitment to supporting children with complex needs and a passion for making a difference in their lives.
