Core Subject Tutor - Pathway Academy Zone - Alternative Provision About the Role We are looking for a committed and adaptable Core Subject Tutor to deliver English, Maths and Science to students in an alternative provision setting. This role involves working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis, supporting young people who may have experienced barriers to learning. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging lessons across English, Maths and Science (KS3/KS4) * Adapt teaching to meet individual needs * Support students with SEMH and additional needs * Monitor progress and maintain accurate records * Build positive relationships to support engagement and behaviour Requirements * Experience working with young people in education or alternative provision * Ability to deliver core subjects confidently * Strong behaviour management and communication skills * A patient, resilient and flexible approach * Teaching qualification or relevant degree * Experience with SEN/SEMH learners * Background in alternative provision Safeguarding We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
