Building Services Engineer (mechanically biased) £40,000 - £45,000 London This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased Building Services Engineer looking to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking consultancy. The successful candidate will join a growing team, working across a diverse range of UK and international projects. The role offers exposure to multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and retail. Key responsibilities will include: Leading HVAC design elements across multiple projects Developing concept designs for mechanical and electrical building services Collaborating with internal sustainability and energy teams Producing technical reports and presenting design solutions to clients Attending client and design team meetings Undertaking site inspections and M&E condition surveys Supporting lifecycle costing and value engineering exercises Maintaining and developing client relationshipsYou will play a key role in delivering innovative, low-carbon design solutions, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
