Customer Service Advisor - Solihull (Site-Based) Permanent: Full Time Salary: £25,992 - £28,624 Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced contact centre based in Solihull. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys speaking to people and delivering a high quality service. You'll be handling a mix of inbound and outbound enquiries, supporting customers across a range of housing related queries, and aiming to resolve issues at first point of contact.
