The Opportunity We are seeking a CNC Machinist Trainee to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, development-focused role where you will receive dedicated one-to-one training from a time-served machinist, gaining real-world experience in a professional engineering environment. Unlike classroom-based routes, this role is built around direct mentorship, allowing you to learn practical skills on the shop floor with continuous guidance and support.
