Job Title: Mobile Plumbing Engineer Regional area: Romford & surrounding area’s Package: £38,000 salary + Vehicle (For personal use) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (1 in 6 week call out, standby £150) Are you an experienced Plumbing Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge on a regional key account, for an esteemed award-winning facilities company? Join a proactive Facilities Management team, managing a portfolio of high-profile clients who need a focus on plumbing and heating services. You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining building maintenance systems and equipment. Your duties will include: * Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair. * Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including statutory compliance and remedial works * Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment. * Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.
