The successful candidate will be a proactive and confident Business Development Executive who communicates confidently and professionally. Key Duties This is an outbound, relationship-led role focused on: Through an existing CRM to identify potential opportunities Outbound calls to schools and councils nationwide Decision-makers and introducing the company proposition Opportunities and booking face-to-face meetings for in house Project Consultants Accurate records of activity within the CRM Key Requirements Professional communicator on the phone Relationship-building and listening skills With a proactive, resilient mindset and comfortable using CRM systems Experience in sales, outbound calling, or business development (preferred) * Your success will be measured by the number of qualified, attended meetings you arrange for our Project Consultants, supported by strong activity levels and conversion rates
