Service Engineer

Position : Fire & Security Service Engineer Location 1: North Wales/Cheshire/Shropshire Regions Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 + overtime, travel and on-call (salary negotiable dependent on experience) Earning Potential: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum  5 years' experience in servicing/maintaining preferred: Security/Intruder Alarm Systems Galaxy systems experience at the very least Preferably a variety of different system types (Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier etc) CCTV systems Analogue and IP Remote monitoring set up Fire Alarm Systems Advanced systems experience at the very least Preferably a variety of different system types (Kentec, Ziton, C-Tec etc) Access Control Systems Paxton Net 2 Experience fault-finding and/or installation of above systems an advantage   Also required: A positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent attendance record in previous employment Computer literacy (our engineers use PDAs) Be willing to have security screening undertaken (as per industry standard) Full UK driving licence   In return, for the right candidate we offer: A competitive basic salary (dependent on experience) plus travel and overtime Great career prospects & future opportunities with a growing company which has been operating within the electronic security industry for more than 40 years Company Vehicle (private mileage available if required) Pension scheme Company Laptop, PDA/Smart Phone & Specialist Tools 20 x days annual leave + bank holidays (with annual increase of holiday allowance after 3 years employment)   Responsibilities and Duties Day-to-day tasks will include routine maintenance and corrective call out jobs to electronic fire & security systems at a range of commercial, industrial and domestic sites in the above-mentioned areas.
