Senior Support Worker

Kilpatrick Care Recruitment is currently supporting a specialist children’s residential provider in Halifax seeking an experienced Senior Therapeutic Carer. This is not a standard support worker role. This position is suited to someone confident in therapeutic practice, behaviour support and trauma-informed care within children’s residential settings. 📍 Location: Halifax/Ripponden 💰 Salary: £36,000 starting 🕒 Full-time, permanent We are keen to speak with individuals who: • Have experience within EBD / complex needs • Understand trauma-informed & therapeutic approaches • Can lead shifts confidently • Support and mentor junior staff • Are passionate about high-quality child-centred care Level 3 Children & Young People and driving license essential. Senior experience preferred.
