Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer required to cover Manchester and North West area, to £47k plus plenty of overtime and great benefits. Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in the Manchester North West area. Role * Planned Maintenance on Electrical and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's in a range of High End Commercial buildings. * Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports. * AHU's, FCU's * Checking UPS systems * Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / LED's/ ballasts etc * Checking Air Conditioning / Chiller Systems * Checking boilers / heating systems * Conduct tap and temperature tests * Changing belts / pumps etc * Changing / cleaning filters Location Covering a number of Commercial properties in the general West London area. Experience required * Electrical Building services / facilities maintenance background. * Electrical qualifications - such as NVQ City & Guilds Level 2/3 along with 18th Edition rev 2. * Understanding of Electrical / HVAC PPM's, plant maintenance in a commercial environment (Not domestic or install). * Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on sites on a daily basis. * Ideal candidate will live in or around the Manchester area. The successful applicant will be provided with a company van, fuel card, specialist tools, power tools, uniform, a laptop and a mobile phone.
