Engineering Supervisor

Engineering Supervisor – Commercial Building Southwark, London Up to £60,000 (all-in) Full-time | On-site (5 days per week) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join a well-established facilities management team, working on-site at a prestigious commercial building in Southwark. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, hands-on leader to take ownership of engineering operations and manage a team delivering high-quality hard services. The Role * Supervise and lead a team of on-site engineers * Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works * Ensure all engineering activities are delivered safely and in line with compliance standards * Act as the key point of contact for technical issues on site * Support and drive a strong health & safety culture * Assist with reporting, KPIs, and performance management Requirements * Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor / Lead Engineer within a commercial building or FM environment * Technically qualified (electrical bias preferred) * e.g. City & Guilds / NVQ / HNC / 18th Edition * Strong knowledge of building services (M&E / hard services) * Experience managing or mentoring engineers * Good understanding of compliance and statutory regulations * Strong communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer * Competitive salary up to £60,000 (all-in) * Stable, single-site role in a prime London location * Opportunity to work within a high-profile commercial environment * Supportive team and structured environment If you're a motivated Engineering Supervisor looking for your next step in a flagship site environment, we’d love to hear from you
