Senior Recruiter — Finance & Professional Services About the Opportunity Financial services remain one of Ireland's highest-paying and most active recruitment sectors, with demand for compliance professionals, finance business partners, and senior accountants showing consistent growth in 2026. Fintech, fund administration, and banking are all hiring — and so are the major professional services firms. Our client is a respected Dublin-based finance recruiter with a strong mid-to-senior market reputation and they need an experienced Senior Consultant to take full ownership of a growing portfolio of tier-one accounts. What You'll Be Doing * Own a high-value finance and professional services desk at mid-to-senior level * Place accountants, finance directors, compliance professionals, and financial analysts * Manage and grow a portfolio of established clients across fintech, funds, and banking * Conduct retained and exclusive searches for CFO and director-level mandates * Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategy advice to clients * Mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership in your sector What We're Looking For * 3+ years' recruitment experience with a clear finance or professional services specialism * Strong billing track record and demonstrable senior client relationship management * Excellent knowledge of the Irish finance market — including IFSC, funds, and fintech sectors * Confident communicator who can advise at CFO and Board level * ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualification is a distinct advantage but not essential What's On Offer * Uncapped commission — OTE €80,000–€150,000 for strong performers * Warm desk with existing blue-chip client relationships * Flexible hybrid working arrangements from Dublin city centre * Named progression to Principal or Associate Director * Premium benefits including pension, healthcare, and professional development budget Interested?
