Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job title: ServiceNow Developer Contract: 12 months Location: London/Hybrid Rate: £700 per day inside ir35 Job Opportunity: Join the team behind one of the world's most iconic gaming and digital entertainment platforms. You'll play a key role in the Partner Platform, enabling global content creators to deliver games, media, and immersive experiences to millions of users worldwide. Responsibilities: Enhancing and optimising an existing ServiceNow-based licensing workflow Designing and building scalable platform improvements Delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment Working closely with technical teams to drive end-to-end delivery Building integrations and improving system performance Required skillset: Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience (3+ years) Proven experience building and enhancing workflows on the platform Solid Service Portal development experience Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments A mindset focused on building, problem-solving, and getting things done Strong technical skills across: JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS REST/SOAP APIs, integrations Nice to Have: Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Experience working in SAFe / Scrum frameworks Familiarity with Jira and Confluence Understanding of SaaS / Cloud technologies Why This Role: Work on a live, business-critical platform with real impact Opportunity to own and enhance an existing system, not just maintain it Be part of a high-performing, delivery-focused team Long-term contract with strong day rate Minimal red tape - this is a role for builders, not consultants If you are interested in this role, please feel free to submit your CV.
