Customer Service Advisor Exeter outskirts Temporary starting ASAP £14.28ph ( weekly pay) We are looking for a Customer Advisor to contact tenants by phone, complete surveys, and record information accurately.Working for a leading Housing provider in Exeter this role is working on a temporart contract for a couple of weeks. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to tenants Complete census questionnaires over the phone Carry out tenant satisfaction surveys Record responses accurately on systems Build rapport and encourage participation Skills & Experience Experience in outbound calling or customer service Confident and professional on the phone Good listening and communication skills About the Role Phone-based, high-volume calling role Focus on customer interaction and data collection Requires organisation and consistency Weekly pay ( 2 weeks work ) starting immedately Parking and close to good transport links based on the outskirts of Exeter
