Senior Site Manager – Cotswolds The Opportunity You will be joining a well-established SME house builder at a key stage of growth, taking the lead on a large residential scheme in the Cotswolds. This is a pivotal role within the business, offering real influence on site delivery and a clear pathway for progression as the company continues to expand. Role Overview As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a live residential development, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing all site operations from inception through to completion * Managing site teams, subcontractors, and trades to drive performance * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times * Monitoring programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved * Maintaining quality control and ensuring a high standard of finish * Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery About You You will be an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a strong track record in residential development. * Proven experience delivering medium to large housing schemes * Strong leadership and communication skills on site * Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and subcontractors effectively * A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail * Ambition to progress your career within a growing business Company Profile This is a growing SME house builder with a strong pipeline of work across the region.
