Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and market presence. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across workplace design and fit-out projects. Key responsibilities include: Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within target sectors Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads Developing relationships with key decision-makers including occupiers, landlords, agents, and project managers Leading pitches, presentations, and proposal submissions Collaborating closely with design and project delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey Attending industry events, networking functions, and representing the business in the market Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy About You Proven track record in business development within workplace interiors, fit-out, commercial design, or a related sector Strong network within the property, workplace, or construction industries Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Commercially astute with the ability to close deals and deliver against targets Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Passion for design, sustainability, and creating impactful workspaces What’s on Offer Competitive salary of around £55,000 Performance-related bonus Hybrid working model Opportunity to work with a dynamic, design-focused team on high-profile projects Career progression within a growing and ambitious business If you are a motivated business development professional looking to join a forward-thinking company shaping the future of workplace environments, we’d love to hear from you
