Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative Location: Bristol Salary: Competitive + Company Van & Fuel Card Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Full-Time, Permanent) About the Role We are currently recruiting for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join a growing maintenance and repair company working on new build developments for leading housebuilders. This role offers consistent, long-term work in a fast-paced new build environment, delivering high-quality remedial and finishing works. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across new build properties * Completing snagging and finishing works to a high standard * Working across multiple trades including plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics, and decorating * Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with deadlines * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on site * Liaising with site teams and management to ensure smooth delivery of works Skills & Experience Required * Solid multi-trade skillset, with hands-on experience across areas such as plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical work, and painting & decorating * Proven background in maintenance, repairs, or snagging within residential or new build settings * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team * High standards of workmanship with a strong eye for detail * Good understanding of site health and safety practices * Well-organised with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines * Full UK driving licence (essential) – company van and fuel card provided * Relevant trade qualifications are advantageous * CSCS card preferred but not essential What’s on Offer * Competitive salary package * Company van and fuel card * Monday to Friday working schedule (no weekends) * Ongoing, stable work on new build developments * Opportunity to join a supportive and expanding business
