The Role: Recruitment Resourcer This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of our operation — sourcing talent, building relationships, and keeping everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Building and maintaining a strong pool of reliable temporary workers * Advertising roles and actively sourcing candidates * Pre-screening applicants and managing compliance documentation * Keeping candidate records and our database fully up to date * Monitoring attendance and performance of temporary staff * Resolving issues quickly and professionally * Supporting permanent recruitment by screening and shortlisting candidates * Working closely with management on compliance and invoicing processes You’ll be speaking to candidates daily via phone, email, and social media — delivering a professional, supportive, and high-quality recruitment experience every time. KPIs and targets are part of the role, so we’re looking for someone motivated by results and driven to succeed. What We’re Looking For * Strong communication and people skills * Confident and proactive approach * Highly organised with great attention to detail * Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Eager to learn and develop * Ideally you will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle * Previous recruitment or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential — attitude and drive are what matter most.
