Customer Service Team Leader


Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our well respected client in the Devizes area who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader on a permanent basis. What you will be doing: Management of the department and client portfolio Dealing with queries and processing orders as well as more complex customer service issues     Advising on new products and services Supervision of a team including reviews, development, coaching and training   Collaboration with a number of other departments What you will need to succeed: Exceptional customer service and administration experience Proven track record within a similar role, ideally from a technical product range Strong staff management skills including training and mentoring Great attention to detail, numeracy skills and the ability to lead by example in this hands-on role Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of internal departments and clients What you will receive in return: Competitive salary Full time Monday to Friday Generous benefits package  The opportunity to join a collaborative environment  *Please note 100% office based* What you need to do next: If you are interested in being considered for this position, please contact sarah.collins@ (url removed) Thrive are acting as an employment business in relationship to this vacancy.
