TIG Welder New Milton £18–£20 per hour As a TIG Welder, you’ll play a key role in producing precision metal components to exact specifications. The successful TIG Welder will work closely with colleagues across production to ensure work is completed to high standards, on time, and with excellent attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Carry out high-quality TIG welding on metal components and assemblies Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Prepare, position and secure parts before welding Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet required standards Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe working practices Work with the wider production team to meet manufacturing deadlinesEssential Skills Proven experience working as a TIG Welder within a manufacturing or fabrication environment Strong TIG welding ability with a high level of accuracy Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good understanding of fabrication techniques and workshop tools Reliable, organised, and committed to producing quality work Good awareness of workshop health and safetyDesirable Experience Experience welding stainless steel, aluminium, or similar materials Background in precision engineering or specialist manufacturing Welding qualifications or relevant apprenticeship trainingBenefits £18–£20 per hour 37-hour working week Monday–Thursday: 07:45 – 16:15 Friday: 07:45 – 12:45 (early finish) 25 days holiday allowance Pension scheme Salary sacrifice options, including pension benefits Option to buy or sell up to one week of holiday per yearIf you’re an experienced TIG Welder who wants to be part of a business that values precision, people, and progress, get in touch.
