Job Title: Housekeeping Floor Supervisor – 5★ Luxury Hotel Location: Mayfair Salary: Competitive + Service Charge/Tronc Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A prestigious 5-star hotel in Central London is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join its housekeeping team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury hotel environments who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping team across assigned guest floors * Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently achieved * Support, guide, and motivate Room Attendants to maintain the highest service levels * Report and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution * Ensure all housekeeping procedures, brand standards, and health & safety regulations are followed * Assist with training and mentoring new team members * Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience Requirements * Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping role within a 5★ hotel is essential * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards * Excellent organisational and leadership skills * Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented approach * Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment * Must be fully flexible, including weekends and holidays What’s on Offer * Full-time, permanent contract * Competitive salary plus service charge/tronc * Opportunity to work within a luxury 5-star hotel environment * Long-term career progression within luxury hospitality If you have experience working in a 5-star hotel environment and are passionate about maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards, we would love to hear from you
