Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a highly respected, multi‑disciplinary property consultancy as they continue to strengthen their Building Surveying team. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor who thrives in a professional, client‑focused environment and enjoys delivering high‑quality surveying services across the commercial property sector. What you’ll be doing You’ll take a leading role in delivering a broad range of professional building surveying duties, including: Dilapidations, schedules of condition and technical due diligence Building pathology, defect analysis and reporting Planned maintenance programmes and lifecycle assessments Party wall matters and neighbourly advice Contract administration and project oversight on refurbishment schemes Supporting junior surveyors and contributing to team development This role offers the chance to work with a diverse commercial client base, providing technical expertise and trusted professional advice on a wide variety of property types.
