The position also involves leading dilapidations matters, managing client relationships and mentoring junior surveyors. 🎯 Responsibilities * Deliver professional surveying instructions including dilapidations, landlord and tenant advice, RCA and contract administration * Lead dilapidations processes including inspections, negotiations and settlement discussions * Manage client relationships with landlords and tenants across commercial assets * Mentor junior surveyors and support APC progression * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects efficiently ✅ Requirements * MRICS qualified * Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline * Experience within commercial real estate sectors * Dilapidations experience or interest in specialising in this area * Experience working with landlords and tenants 💰 Salary & Package * £71,000 – £87,000 salary * Annual bonus and EOT bonus * £4,200 car allowance * Hybrid working * Private medical insurance and life assurance
