Lead Generation Executive (Remote / Quarterly Team Meet-Ups)


Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a managing consultant organisation who want to find their first dedicated lead-generation hire. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused lead-generation role. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the senior team. You will work remotely with flexible arrangements, joining the wider team for quarterly in-person meet-ups to align, collaborate, and share insights. Main responsibilities: Generate and qualify new business opportunities Build and manage a structured sales pipeline Lead outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, events) Book meetings for senior consultants Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting Support forecasting and commercial process development About you: Proactive and hands-on with outbound lead generation Process-oriented and commercially focused Motivated by targets and performance incentives Confident engaging senior stakeholders Comfortable working remotely while participating in quarterly team sessions Not suitable for candidates expecting fully qualified inbound leads or purely strategic, relationship-only work Other information to know: First dedicated lead-generation hire with real ownership and impact Remote role with flexibility and quarterly in-person team sessions Competitive base salary plus performance-related incentive Opportunity to shape the commercial function and create a repeatable pipeline
