Role Profile We are seeking a skilled controls service engineer to join our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products and systems, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving technical issues efficiently. This is a mobile role and a willingness to travel within East Anglia and the Southeast is required. You will be hardworking and committed to achieving success for both you and your company. Duties * Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment * Diagnose technical problems and develop effective solutions * Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical support * Perform regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and safety * Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps and solutions * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology Key Skills * Qualified / Certified electrician, technician or electrical engineer * Knowledge and a good understanding of electrical and mechanical process * Understanding of either PLC, HMI, SCADA, Process controls, Electrical control panels * Experience with either Trend IQ2-5 / Siemens Desigo / Schnieder Electric SmartX ECOStruxure / Distech and / or Legacy Andover Continuum BMS controls engineer would be advantageous . * CSCS/ECS/JIB registered is preferred but not essential * Full UK driving licence * Previous HVAC controls service and support experience would be advantageous If you are passionate about problem-solving, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in an ever-developing industry, we would love to hear from you.
