Electrical Shift Engineer £50,500 Over 200 days off per year 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off + extended holiday blocks Christmas, boxing day & NYE off Enhanced overtime rate Life Assurance 4x salary 2 x Bonus schemes (Monthly & annual) Enhanced pension Internal/external Training & Development I'm currently recruiting an experienced and qualified electrical engineer for a FMCG manufacturer in Kettering. This role is ideal for people who are looking for a unique lifestyle advantage working just 155 days per year on average. As well as the fantastic extended breaks offered, this role also provides both internal and external training programs to enhance your skills and develop your engineering career. Roles/Responsibilities Electrical maintenance and fault-finding on PLC-controlled machines, drives, and motors Repair and Maintain fast moving machinery such as conveyors, wrappers, strappers, corrugators, folders, gluers etc. Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime where possible Carry out preventative maintenance schedules alongside the mechanical engineer Support quarterly shutdowns and minor mechanical/assembly tasksWhat We're Looking For Be an electrical engineer or a multiskilled engineer with a strong electrical bias Have a recognized engineering qualification (ideally NVQ, BTEC, HNC, HND etc.) Have experience in industrial engineering (Food, Packaging, Heavy Industrial, Military, Paper…) If you are interested in the role or looking for something similar please contact our Managing Consultant Hazel Luna If you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.
