FLT Counterbalance Driver – Days  4 on / 4 off | 6:00am – 6:00pm (Rotating) Logistics Depot – Tin Manufacturing Company We are recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver (Days) to join our busy logistics depot within a well-established tin manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role on a structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. The Role  Working within a fast-paced logistics and dispatch environment, you will be responsible for: Operating a B1 Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently Loading and unloading vehicles Transporting finished goods and raw materials across site Supporting warehouse and stock control operations Completing daily vehicle checks Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times Shift Pattern  4 on / 4 off – Days 6:00am – 6:00pm Rotating shift pattern Essential Requirements  Valid B1 Counterbalance FLT licence Willingness to undertake training on B3 Counterbalance (provided) Previous experience within logistics or manufacturing Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Desirable  Reach Truck licence/experience (advantageous but not essential) Recruitment & Training Timeline  Interviews & assessments: Week commencing 16 March 2026 Mandatory training & induction: Starting 23 March 2026 Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm 2 weeks duration Please note: Completion of the 2-week induction/training period is mandatory. All FLT drivers will receive additional training on the B3 Counterbalance.
