Security Sales Director £120,000 Base + Commission | Company Car or £6,000 Allowance | Executive Benefits South Region (Security Services) Location: South UK – Inside M25 Executive Opportunity A top 30 UK regulated security services provider is appointing a high-performing Corporate Development Director – South Region to lead strategic revenue growth across the South of England. This is a senior, revenue-critical role focused on securing high-value, multi-service security contracts including manned guarding, mobile patrols, keyholding, alarm response and integrated security technology solutions. The successful candidate will deliver £4–5m+ in annual new business revenue, engaging at Board and C-suite level across complex, multi-site client environments. The Role * Drive profitable new business growth across the South Region (Inside M25 focus). * Secure high-value, multi-service security contracts. * Engage and negotiate at Executive and Board level. * Develop strategic sector penetration plans. * Identify, qualify, and convert complex tender opportunities (PQQ, RFI, ITT). * Maintain disciplined CRM pipeline management and revenue forecasting. * Deliver structured weekly reporting against revenue targets. * Represent the organisation within industry networks and commercial forums. Essential Experience * Extensive experience within the regulated UK security services sector. * Proven track record delivering multi-million-pound annual revenue growth (£4m+ per annum). * Experience selling manned guarding and integrated security solutions. * Strong knowledge of contract mobilisation and service delivery models. * Demonstrated ability to win large, multi-site security contracts. * Executive-level stakeholder engagement capability. * Target-driven, commercially disciplined approach.
