This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within telemarketing, account management, and business development in a professional B2B environment. This is a telephone-based account management role, focused on quality conversations and relationship building rather than high call volumes or aggressive sales targets. It is not a call-centre environment. Entry-level candidates and individuals from different employment backgrounds will be considered, as full training and ongoing development are provided. Due to the location, applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. Key Duties: Professionally deliver telemarketing services on behalf of clients in line with agreed project briefs and campaign strategies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business, including their products, services, target sectors, competitors, culture, and objectives. Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients. Conduct high-quality outbound B2B calls to targeted prospects to identify and generate new business opportunities. Arrange qualified meetings between clients and prospective businesses. Accurately record call outcomes and maintain up-to-date records using internal systems and databases. Complete all administrative duties efficiently and to a high standard. Assist in preparing for and attending client review meetings. Continuously develop telemarketing, communication, and business development skills.Required Skills & Experience: A genuine interest in developing a career within telemarketing and account management. Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Good business awareness and professional approach. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential. Sales experience is beneficial but not required. IT literate with the ability to complete a short typing test assessing speed and accuracy.
