Finance Assistant

Main Duties: As an Finance Assistant, your main duties include: * Processing supplier invoices and payments using NetSuite * Running supplier payment batches * Assisting with the preparation of monthly consolidated Management Accounts * Taking ownership of balance sheet nominal accounts and reconciliations, including supplier statement reconciliations, management of credit cards and mileage claims, rebate management, posting month-end journals, and trade creditor/payables management * Contributing to the implementation of best-in-class processes and controls through continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborating with relevant stakeholders on ad hoc tasks and projects Location / Office / Culture The role is based in the Stratford-Upon-Avon office, offering a modern, collaborative working environment.
