We provide more than 200 million meals a year to our 270-plus customers at some 120 airport locations around the globe Job Summary Responsible for the operation, employees and processes of the warehouse/inventory and oversight of Goods Receiving; storing, picking & packing and distributing goods internally to achieve short- and long-term goals and KPI’s.Overall responsibility to optimize use of material / material AvT, and take to collaborative actions, across internal Departments where needed. Key Responsibilities * Manage materials ordering within budget and ensure optimal stock levels using Days on Hand data * Oversee quality control of incoming goods and monitor material waste/deadstock * Lead Warehouse/Stores team including recruitment, training, and performance management * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department * Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, security, and audit requirements * Manage day-to-day Goods Receiving and inventory operations within budget * Collaborate with Ordering, IDS, and Production teams to maintain stock levels and meet KPIs * Monitor and replenish floating stock and rotable equipment on the shop floor * Communicate with internal/external stakeholders on irregularities and implement corrective actions * Oversee supplier performance standards with Procurement support Education * Degree educated preferred and/or relevant equivalent work experience at a similar level. * Professional qualification in operations/logistics preferred. Work Experience * Experience of working in a fast-paced environment * Proven experience of managing teams within a warehouse, manufacturing, airline catering or production process. * Minimum of 3 years management experience with demonstrable leadership and/or management activities and responsibilities. Technical Skills * Level 3 HACCP certification * Proven leadership ability * Level 3 Food Safety certification * Level 3 Workplace Health & Safety / NEBOSH Certification or commitment to complete * Ability to lead and manage diverse teams of varying sizes. * Good negotiating and persuasive skills. * Ability to effectively manage conflict. * Ability to motivate and driver performance.
